Just bought a brand new powerbook, proper specs, still having problems downloading and installing creative cloud. Any way of using a simple downloader to access all the software i have bought?

Im logging in from Australia, trying to download Adobe Premiere Pro (but I've purchased the entire Creative Cloud). The only thing I can think of that may be causing the problem is: About four months ago I tried downloading a trial version of Adobe Premiere ON ANOTHER MAC LAPTOP using the same Adobe username and login I am now using. Since then I purchased a much better powerbook (just a few days ago actually) and paid by monthly subscription but still can't download Premiere. I haven't tried downloading any other software yet (e.g. After Effects).

i dont get any error messages when I run the installer, just the creative cloud window with a circular whirling thingo that looks like it is thinking or downloading at very slow speed perhaps? It's been like that all night, and overnight, even after mutliple restarts etc.
