Problems downloading Creative Cloud apps on desktop

I have a Creative Cloud account. I have downloaded and updates my Lightroom 5 on the laptop but am being denied access to LR5 on desktop. Everything else loads fine but LR5 is no listed in the app for download.

    Does your desktop machine meet the tech specs for Lightroom 5?  Normally a program will not be listed if the machine will not support it.
