problems downloading CS6 design and web premium in windows 10

Since I updated to Windows 10, my CS6 Design and Web Premium disappeared off my system.  I've not been able to reinstall it since.  It gets to about 10% (installing adobe help stage) and just gets stuck.  I have closed (as far as I am aware) all other programs and disabled my firewall software.  Has anyone else had any issues with this.  I am getting close to getting rid of Windows 10 and going back to Windows 8 and reinstalling it.  Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
