Problems downloading previously bought products

Question

I previously bought both Adobe Lightroom 5 and Photoshop Elements 11. Recently I swapped out my computer and i tried downloading the programs again from adobes own website. I installed the Cloud application and punched in my serial numbers, redemed from my previously bought products on my page. The serial numbers are not accepted and therefor I can only download the demo versions. Can anyone help me? I tried contacting customer support via chat, but after several minutes of waiting I started reading my local paper, and did not discover that the cha had been started before the chat had been closed...

Lightroom 5 and PS11 are not part of the Cloud so there was no reason to download it for them. For starters, uninstall it.
