Problems installing Creative Cloud

i've tried installing Adobe Creative Cloud multiple times and I've encountered different errors.

If I download the lastes version of the installer from Adobe, when I click launch the installation doesn't start and the installer doesn't appear on the task manager. But if I try to use an older installer ( one that I have in my downloads folder since I've succesfully downloaded, installed and used Creative Cloud in the past) the installation starts but quickly stops and the Error 72 message pops up saying that it was unable to download files from the internet.

It would really help me if you could help fix this problem.
