Problems installing new CC Apps

On the 15th I was able to upgrade all my apps except Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC and Lightroom Classic.

Yesterday I uninstalled and reinstalled CC Desktop APP numerous times - then I used the cleaner app which deleted all my 2018 and earlier apps and left the ones that were upgraded to 2019 versions on my HD.

I reinstalled the CC Desktop APP and it does not start up upon restart and it does not reflect the 2019 versions that are already installed.

I have tried to direct download but they are the old versions not the new.

A couple of the 2019 versions I was able to download from the reinstalled CC Desktop APP - but still no luck with Photoshop CC or Lightroom Classic. I was able to reinstall the 2018 versions of these.

I can't figure out any rhyme or reason - the only error I am getting is Update Failed - Retry.

I am using MacOS High Sierra Ver 10.13.6

Sorry for the delay in response, as you have mentioned you are unable to update the CC apps to the latest version, just to confirm could you please let us know if you are using the steps given in the following help document to download and install these apps: Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps?

Also when updating are you following the procedure listed here: Update Creative Cloud apps?
