PROBLEMS INSTALLING THE CREATIVE CLOUDS AND ACROBAT READER DC PRO

I try to download the Creative Cloud and your applications two weeks ago and I can't. In the case of Creative Clouds the error message that appears is error 50. In the case of Acrobat Reader DC Pro, the message says that it is not possible to record the key in the registry. Someone can help me, please?

Thank you friend. Now I can install the Creative Clouds however when I install the Acrobat dc pro to from creatice clouds the error message 7.

When I try to install the Acrobat DC Pro by installer displays the message that it is not possible to record the registry key. Can you help me?
