Problems on installing Illustrator cs5

Unfortunately last month I've had to reset my Mac and I've lost Adobe Illustrator cs5; I've found it on this site but when I try to install it again I fail, my Mac tells me that I'm not allowed to install that version because permissions expired... I love CS5 and I don't want any other version, what could I do to gain permissions to install it?

CS5 is no longer supported on El Capitan or Sierra on Mac. If you are trying to install on one of those then that may be the problem. Old software should only be used on older OSs at this point.
