problems re-installing apps

I have been having issues sense the original download of creative cloud.

day 1:  creative cloud locked me out, I followed instructions from the site and clicked quit to refresh and it did not work.

            I did a system restore and it worked fine again.

day2:   system restore deleted my creative cloud apps.  It let me download new apps but would not re-download deleted apps.

day3:   creative clould locked me out again.

I need to know why it keeps locking me out and how to fix this problem and most importantly, how do I re-download my deleted apps again.

Brieallen when you are stating the Creative Cloud is locking you out what specific error are you experiencing?  Also which version of Windows are you using?

Finally to resolve the difficulties you are currently experiencing please see CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html.
