Problems reloading Creative Suite 3 Master Collection

Until recently, everything was working fine and Photoshop CS3 just stopped working. After numerous attempts trying to reload it, I followed advise to use the cleaning tool etc. All attempts to get Photoshop reloaded failed, so I removed the whole of Creative Suite 3 and tried to reload all programmes, including Photoshop, but now all programmes will not reload. Adobe Customer Care sent me the link to download their latest version of CS3, but on installation when you think the installation is almost complete, exactly the same errors come up to show that all the programs cannot be loaded. Adobe Customer Care has directed me to use the forum, stating one of their experts should be able to help.
