Problems starting CC Desktop

I have a few different problems when starting CC Desktop.

(1) Sometimes, it is taking so long to start (after getting Help suggestion and Relaunch suggestion), I shut it down.

(2) On few occassions, it takes very long to start and actually starts.

(3) I have often received reinstall prompts.

(4) During reinstalls, the reinstall stops and disappears.
