Problems synchronizing libraries on creative cloud desktop

Hello,
Since the update of Creative Cloud in Creative Cloud Desktop libraries do not synchronize, finally it syncronize randomly and it prevents me from working and takes the load processor.
I tried all the solutions proposed by Adobe (AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe, Creative Cloud Uninstaller.exe) but nothing changes and I saw that I was not the only one, the old version worked perfectly.
OS Windows Pro version 1903 (operating system version 18362.449)
Creative Cloud V5.0
AMD Rysen 3 3200G with Vega Graphics 8
MSI B450M-A PRO MAX motherboard.

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have pushed an update, which will fix the issue. In case your system has not got the update and the problem persists, just sign-out and sign-in back in Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App. This will force the update.
