Problems Uninstalling Adobe Applications

Hi, my father wanted to uninstall all the adobe programs on his PC (Win 10 x64) and after doing so he culdn't delete the folder "Adobe" located on "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe".

I don´t know what steps he did to try to delete it, but i tried the "Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool", as recommended on some forums here but the folder is still there.

I also followed the instructions that where given on the thread " How to clean uninstall Adobe products ".
