Problems with activation of bought products

Hello together,

I bought Photoshop Elements 15 and Photoshop Premiere Elements 15.
By installing and activating the serial number (told me via Mail from Adobe) I got the message that the numbers couldn't be checked by Adobe.

So the installation process couldn't be successful.What can I do?
