Problems with Adobe customer service and to buy adobe offer

I tried out and wanted to join the on-going offer. The adobe site has asked me to cancel the license for Acrobat DC, the cancellation even if it costs me 35 euros but the adobe site does not allow me to buy yet.
Being able to talk to Adobe customer service is impossible here in Italy.
Can anyone help me?

    Adobe have MANY offers, and they can be different in each country, so it may help to give a link or copy of the offer. You probably will need Adobe Customer Service, though, why is it impossible?
