Problems with Creative Cloud

I am having problems with creative cloud. I either get a message that it can't connect to the Adobe Servers, or it just won't stop loading. I have tried it with my firewall down, so I don't believe that is the problem.

It would be quite unfortunate if I can't access Adobe CC, so is there anyone that knows what I need to do?

Without proper system information and details about your Internet connection nobody can say anything. From your screenshot we can see that it's Win 8/ 8.1, but then what? Eitehr way, start here:

Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CC, CS6, CS5.5

Right. I probably should have posted that earlier.

I'm not too sure what would be required to know, but I can give a few details about my computer.

Computer Specs

OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit

CPU: Intel Core i7 4770K @ 3.50GHz

RAM: 16.0GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz

Motherboard: MSI Z87-GD65

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770

HDD: 1863 GB

Internet

30 Mbit/s
