problems with creative cloud " installations of the applications "

Hello, i have a problem with creative cloud, for the installations of the applications, creative cloud tell me a download error try again or contact customer service but I have several times to remove the application then I reinstall it and i've got the same problem still not possible to install aplications or even buy them ..
