Problems with creative cloud update

I have a little bit of a problem. Some time ago I downloaded photoshop, lighroom CC and classic with a version of creative cloud desktop app. Now it (creative cloud) is gone from my computer and I dont really know how to uninstall the programs in a safe way without it. I have tried downloading the new version of creative cloud but all it gives me access to is to download the programs that I already have on the computer. So in conclusion, I don't really know how to manage my downloads and delete lightroom classic without messing anything up. I think that I used to be able to do it through creative cloud but now I can only download all the programs again. Thanks in advance
