Problems with downloading creative cloud

I installed creative cloud on my own Mac and all worked/is working fine. But it is said that its possible to download it on two computers and that is not working. I have to write a serialnumber which I cant find anywhere (yes I have checked everywhere I can). Does anyone know what I can do?

Hi,

You don't need a serial number for creative cloud .

In case you are getting an error for trial

Refer:-

First, sign out and then back in to Creative Cloud, using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription,

Then, if you launch any CC 2015 product and the pop up still shows a Trial message window, please see this link for resolution:

Hi Torine,

You are correct that the software can be installed on two computers, so long as you are only using the apps on one at a time. As kanikas100 says, you do not need a serial number for Creative Cloud. If you are still having difficulties, you may want to follow the steps in this document: Adobe Creative Cloud app asks for serial number‌.
