Problems with Imposters ...masquerading as Adobe

Has anyone had a problem with this company identite@mail.identit-e.com...proporting to be Adobe....they can come into your machine and will harvest what they want.... all looking very legit...not mentioning they are not Adobe until after they have harvested what they want and tying you up on chat....because Adobe is so hard to get answers out of their maze.... setting up gullible people like me causing all kinds of hardships with the changing of passwords and security data...so frustrated with Adobe and how easy they make it for these leaches to operate...not trying to be unkind but does anyone else have problems with this kind of thing.
