I should have bought the product from you, now Bol.com is sending me to you I've been busy for days and quite frustrated

That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help

    Ik heb het programma al weggegooid en werk nu met movavi, Bol.com was verplicht zijn spullen op orde te hebben of gewoon het goede moeten leveren maar heeft vet over mijn rug geld van me gestolen, stoer hoor voor iemand die van de bijstand moet rondkomen en alles voor hem te duur is omdat ik ruim boven de twee meter ben, bedankt Bol .com, dat alle medewerkers de kanker mogen krijgen
