Problems with installation PSCC (2015.5)

Hello everyone,

I've just downloaded and Installed Creative Cloud, and then I started to download Photoshop. I can't start installation because of this problem (sorry for my poor translation to english):

"Can't move the file. Please change it name or delete it and try again".

And it's probably this error:

FILE_DELETION_FAILURE

= 150,

I have Win 8 64k with all upgrades.

Can anyone help to solve this problem?

    Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL permissions may help... says Encore, but sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)
