I had to interrupt the installation process and power off the computer, because my screen freezed. Now I can neither install cs6 again nor deinstall the program. The Adobe cc cleaner tool does not find any product to clean. Who can help?
A further information: When I try to install, in the "WLAN menu", where
all the routers are listed, a tool appears with the name: Do-not-connect
Could that be the problem? Something is blocked because of the first
failing installation. Another tool starting with K150... appeared and
disappeared during the trial to install the cs6.
