Problems with installing CC to a directory of my own choice

I have a problem (and obviously many before me) with installing the Photoshop CC into a directory of my own choice. I've read the threads about this, and also on Adobe's website, but it does not seem to work. The Creative Cloud application still refuses to install it into the directory of my choice. Im not going to continue my plan with Adobe, if there is no solution to this.
