Problems with Lightroom and Photoshop MacOs10.13.6

Hello, I'm having problems with Lightroom on my Mac. When trying to open lightroom, the operation starts well, but right after the opening screen is mounted, the software locks and closes automatically. I also have a curious fact in Photoshop, I can't export files ("export to the web" function. It ends with an error message unknown to the operating system. Can anyone help me? Or someone who has had a problem like this?
I work with MacOs 10.13 .6 I just hope it's not a problem with my old operating system.
