Problems with paying for Adobe Illustrator

Long story short, I am a student who is trying to purchase Adobe illustrator for one of my classes and keep having the same issue again and again. The issue seems to be right after I enter my school info which it goes back to the payment option screen even though I already entered my card info. I have tried all types of browsers, and tried using different computers but I still keep having the same problem. What should I do and is there anything I can do? I really need this program for my class and don't want to fail because of this issue!! Please help!!

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
