Problems with purchasing photography plan

I have been trying to purchase the photography plan (20GB) for over an hour now, without any success, and I fail to find support information about the payment form.

I have tried credit card and direct debit methods, but when I click on "Place secure order" (or the corresponding text in my language, German), nothing happens. I have tried this with two different browsers, too.

I don't know what the problem is. There is no indication whether and which mandatory data is missing in the form, and the form seems somewhat messy altogether.

Also, when I type my surname in the credit card area, a black dot appears under it, and I just wonder what that is about.

The payment form appears - sorry - quite messy and unprofessional in general and I am quite surprised and frustrated.

Is there any other way to make my purchase online?

I have read that it will take as much as 24 hours for a purchase to show in your Adobe account after purchase

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

I still have no photoshop or lightroom.

You're lucky, I just purchased the photography plan a little over an hour ago and have no photoshop or lightroom apps. an hour on support chat and still no apps. not a good start. thinking about cancelling already and haven't even had a chance to use the damn thing.
