Problems with updating muse and illustrator

Everytime I try and update muse it says the installer is damaged - have tried everything, restarts, waiting a few days etc.

Then wne I tried updating illustrator I got this:

Adobe Illustrator CS6 Update (version 16.2.1)

There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U43M1D204

    Please remove Muse using the uninstaller in either Programs and Features or in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers depending on your OS.  You should then be able to reinstall through the Adobe Application Manager.

    seems to be working with illustrator however still have a problem with muse..

    says

    the application coudl not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author
