Product Box and Serial Number Problem

I just purchased and downloaded Acrobat XI standard.  Program worked fine last night but this morning I am getting a message that my serial number doesn't match a "qualifying product".   The message asks that I choose a product and enter serial number...my product, XI, is not one of my choices in the product box!  I need to know how to fix this asap!

    You bought an upgrade when you shoulkd have bought a full version. Contact serial number and activation support.
