I can not find the option to cancel the purchase of the ADOBE product. And in my BBVA account I have been debited $ 643.60 for the product DRI ADOBE SALES dated 08/15/2018. I will not use this product anymore. I need you to help me cancel the purchase and get my money back.

You need to contact customer care for this: Contact Customer Care . In general, you should keep an eye on your contracts with automatic renewals. I set a reminder on my smart phone.
