Product not showing up in my account. Serial number says it's already registered. Help!

i bought Adobe CS 6 Design and Web Premium in 2012. A year ago, I purchased a new computer and I tried to install but I couldn't find my serial number and my products were not showing up in my adobe account, I was unable to install them so I returned the computer.  A year later, I desperately need a new computer and I have tracked down what I believe to be my Serial number.  When i enter it into my account to register, it says it has already been registered.  I don't have any other email address i possibly could have used and I don't understand what's going on.  Before I purchase a new computer, I want to make sure this is the correct serial number and everything is going to install fine.  Is there any way for adobe to look up this serial number and tell me if it is registered to me and why it may not be showing up in my account?

    Are you looking for this product's serial number ?

    My name is Robert Montini,

    I purchased  Adobe CS3 and was using it when I recieved a reactivation notification. I reentered my serial number and recieved a could not activate my software. I tried the phone number and the message said that the servers are deactivated to register my software. I went to the site told to go to and entered my serial number. I recieved a new number but cannot find the new number. Could you find the new Serial number I was given. Also, How do I reactivate my software. I paid good money for it and it was working fine until I received that notification. Ant help would be greatly appreciated. My Serial number for my original software is:

    1034-1787-8253-7613-3642-5550
