I need to reinstall the cs4 production premium to a new computer.I have the cds but one cd is missing.I have the serial number. I have been looking all over the internet for a download and could not find it this (production premium cs4). I've heard that there is some new version which fits new activation process.

Sorry, but you will need your disk.
Also:

Although CS4 can still be activated, you will not be able to deactivate CS4 in the old computer, as the deactivation server for CS4 has been shut down. If you are already using the two allowable activations, you will not be able to activate CS4.
