Good Day!

Upgraded to Windows 10, Photoshop/Bridge worked just fine

Premiere, Encore, Encoder - no such luck

Need to know if there is a fix for this, something I need to do that will work please.

I HAVE SEEN a thread where it was suggested to deactivate and reinstall

BUT

I HAVE NOT SEEN if this worked or not

- Before you have me go thru this, does this actually work??

Thank you in Advance!!!

Change the compatibility mode for Premiere pro CS 5  to Windows 7 or earlier.

Or run a compatibility troubleshooter once and check.

    Still same??

Run Command prompt in Elevated mode by running as Administrator .  [***  important ]

    Example pic :

Then inside Command Prompt window , type in as  sfc /scannow and press Enter key.

Once the Scan is complete , try to launch Premiere pro CS 5 and check.

    Hi Jackson,

You can refer the link and check if the machine is compatible or not:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/system-requirements-production-premium.html

It was tested on the operating systems mentioned in the article. You can try installing it on win 10.

In case you get error , you may refer:
