I want a program that allows me to open pdf file (forms) so that I may enter data. Something simple to use and quick.

    You'll most likely need Acrobat X Standard or Acrobat X Professional. In some cases, the free Adobe Reader will work, but only if the PDF author has set up the form for Reader users.
