Programs uninstalled and won't re-install

My programs were uninstalled this morning, even though I made no changes or updates. I am attempting to re-download Creative Cloud but the download is extremely slow and is now frozen. I have tried repairing the installer, but that has not worked. What caused this to happen, and why am I not allowed to re-download the programs?

If software magically "uninstalled" itself overnight either you have a critical computer problem or space aliens  abducted your computer while you were sleeping.   Adobe software does NOT uninstall itself.  🙂

See Creative Cloud reverts to TRIAL mode.

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

Go to your Start menu.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

Hope that helps.

Thank you. Unfortunately, I have not been able to even install the CC app yet. That became unavailable as well.
