prompted to login each time

I have Creative Cloud and am logged into the desktop app. But every time I launch a Creative Cloud application, I am prompted to login again. This occurs even if i launch the application from the Creative Cloud app. If i cancel the login screen, the application closes. My only choice is to login. But then, i get new Adobe credentials stored to my Windows Credentials Manager every time I launch an application. I end up with a long list of "Adobe App Info" entries.

Why am I prompted to login if i am already logged in?

Why are credentials being stored?

I am using Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 (64-bit)

Thanks in advance

Please take a look here: Adobe Creative Cloud signs you out or asks you to sign in repeatedly

Thanks for the link, Axel. I had been here before. I have the latest Cloud Desktop App and my network settings are fine. I downloaded and extracted the Cloud uninstaller, but it wouldn't run. Could be the corporate Bit-9 blocker. Instead, I went to Programs and did a Repair on the current installation. So far, this has eliminated the multiple login prompts, but still produces dozens of generic credentials in my Windows Credentials Manager.

So I will mark your answer "correct" but may repeat my question on the credentials.

Thanks

What's the Bit-9 blocker? I don't know this program. So I couldn't say anything about it.

Has this already works or exists the issue from the beginning? If it has worked, what has been changed before the error occur?

Have you contact your local IT?
