Please tell me where to locate my Product Key.

I purchased this from an online dealer over 2 years ago and never noted the information as a safety measure.

Many thanks, Ken

ok, i see @Ken5DF8 marked my last response.  so, i assume @Ken5DF8 is trying to find theoir serial number for pse 2020.

there are several possible ways to find/recover an adobe serial number.

    1. search purchased materials: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html

    2. you can check your account (if you purchased from or registered with adobe AND you remember the adobe id used to purchase/register), https://accounts.adobe.com

    3. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,

Photoshop CC doesn't have a product key. Just login with your credentials and as long as your subscription is active the applications will work.

do you mean your serial number?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
