PS 20222 opens, then stops opening over and over.... Now it won't open at all

Hello,

This is my second post.

PS 2022 installed perfectly the fist time and opened, then it failed to open. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. It opened for a while then stopped opening again. I uninstalled and reinstalled again. This time it will not open at all.

How am I going to install and keep it open?

I am on a 16" 2019 Mac Book Pro Intel running Monterey.

uninstall ps, including preferences, using the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then restart your computer and reinstall.

Hello kglad... and thank you for this.

PS 2022 has opened for two days now. I consider that a victory.

Apparently something about settings/prefences in PS 2021 was corrupt, though 2021 still functions.
I have some reconsruction to do. The only part of that I'm having trouble with is Actions. I'm unable to locate most of the actions that are in PS 2021. Is there a place where all of these are located? If so, where would that be?

I don't own a Mac, so not sure of the file path.

On Win10: C:\Users\[name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC [ver]\Adobe Photoshop CC [ver] Settings\
