PS | AI: "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly"

Hi can someone help cancel my photoshop and illustrator plans?? It’s saying the same thing, “you’ll be able to manage this plan shortly” and my free trial ends today and i want it canceled before it charges my account. Please?

I can’t view my creative clud subscribtion. It only shows my photoshop and illustrator plans in ”My plans”

Creative cloud subscription is part of PS and AI plans.

If you cancel each plan everything goes away.
