PS CC latest update

I run my Mac Pro on OS 10.13.6. I've tried to update from 21.0.2 tothe latest update. Problem For the last 15 min. I only have 11% downloaded. This slow download affects also LR Classic and Camera Raw. How can I speed up the download. The download for PS is running now, no other download.

    Creative cloud download is still hung up on 8%. Nothing is moving. Should I delete Creative Cloud and download a fresh version?
