ok, I'll give up!!! I don't know if it was legal serial number...

if it wasn't purchased via adobe.com or an authorized reseller, it's likely not.  but even legal  serial numbers can earn blocks by being found publically and in several other scenarios.

I just found one of the old computers. PS C6 is installed. When I opened the program and entered the serial number, the message “The serial number you entered has been blocked” appeared. And I am supposed to contact support.
Yesterday, support informed me that they have discontinued support for the old licenses and there is nothing they can do.

Is there another chance to go further?

the exact wording of the message you see after entering the serial number is important (and i understand it's probably not in english), but can you copy and paste here a screenshot of that message?

no.  if the old computer is impossible to use to deactivate, it's impossible to regain that activation.
