PS Desktop Says My Trial is Over When I have Subscription

I recently began having issues with loading PS Desktop. When I try to load I get a message that says my trial is over and presents subscription options. The problem is, I already have a subscription that includes PS Desktop. What is going on here? Can anyone help me resolve this?
