PS Elements 2023 does not work on my Mac [Unable to run PSE2023 on Mojave. Need refund.]

Hi,

I bought an upgrade of PS Elements 2023 that won't work on my old Mac running MacOS 10.14 (Mojave).... This Mac is too old to run a newer MacOS... so I am stuck.

 

Is there a way to cancel this buy ?

 

(I know I should have downloaded the trial version before ;( )

Hi,

I have gone to this page, but the ("contact us" to request a return) link sends me to the global support page (https://helpx.adobe.com/au/contact.html?step=ZNA_account-payment-orders_stillNeedHelp) where I can not find how to request this return...
I'm afraid I need more help here 😞

@jvjv78, when the chat bot pops up, enter "agent" in the message field and send.
