PS elements

I just got PS elements 12 I have PS elements 10 already. Do i need to uninstall PS 10 before i install PS 12???

no.

it's your choice: uninstall pse 10 or not. if you want to uninstall it you can do that before or after installing pse 12.

if you uninstall pse 10 (or any adobe program), deactivate (help>deactivate) it first.
