PS Install Button in Creative Cloud doesn't work

Hi... im wondering how i can install photoshop via creative cloud if the "install button" does not react? i have no chance to start the installation... the only thing which can be installed is the "extension manager". what can i do?

If that doesn't help, it is possible that your system doesn't meet the minimum requirements. Please see:
