Ps Install issue (macOS Catalina)

Do you have install issue? Downloaded Ps /Lightroom / Adobe crouds, none of them cannot install. Start installing then 5%...stop.

I use Ps CS6 for a long time and yesterday I updated to macOS Catalina. (yes I know. whay I did... it's my fault...) now of course I cannot use CS6 anymore so only the choice is I subscribe photography plan then this happened. Adobe tech tried to remote controll but still cannot solve. Contacted ISP but they said maybe this is modem fireawall/proxy issue. I will try to install at my office next week but just in case I wanted to check if any of you have similar issue.

Unfortunately I cannot downgrade os. I dont have back up also. Yes.. I feel so...:(
