Question

PS installation failed

I tried to install Ps on Desktop via CC. The installation failed. I did not get any error code. The lightroom is working. If I can't get Ps installed and run on my PC, the subscription is useless to me.

Let's begin at the beginning.  If goes without saying, you must have modern equipment and OS +  ample empty hard disk space and RAM to use Creative Cloud.  Anything less will not provide a good user experience.

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.

Pay particular attention to Photoshop's new GPU requirements. See links below.

Yes, I was able to install Ps now. I found an error code 133 in the dark cloud icon at the upper right-hand corner and cleaned up more storage space for installation. But, I have another issue, Ps app is failed to open. Two error message windows popped up one after another. Please check the attached files and advise.
