Does your Mac user account have Administrative Permissions to install software?

If not, contact your IT dept for assistance.

Most Creative Cloud apps work on these systems with latest updates:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 23H2, 22H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
  • MacOS 14.7 (Sonoma), 13.6.7 (Ventura), 12.7.6 (Monterey).

You need to be specific. What error messages did you get?
