Hi there,

I am having iusses with Ps, everytime i am trying to access it, it says i do not have an internet conactioan which is not true. Can anybody help mw with that? also, it seems i can not delete my ps from my computer for some resone it says the date and the time are not corruct

Date and time of the computer need to be correct and Adobe servers should not be blocked out from a Firewall or a hosts file. As for the rest, please proceede as @ProDesignTools suggested.

Which Adobe subscription plan do you have, and is it currently active?
