PS v 22.3.1 Crashes repetedly on install

Hi, tried to update from v 21.2.7 but to not avail. Uninstall/reinstall makes no difference.

Running Catalina 10.15.7 on 27" 2020 iMac with 64gb RAM and 8gb graphics

Any solutions out there?
